System- and other requirements

Using MS-Access I created a program which helps you to learn definitions (or other material that can be put into the form of "question and answer"). The purpose is less to understand the definitions but more to memorize them.

Up to now definitions from Basic to C3b are available. There is also material where a call is connected with the program it is in (this is interesting for callers).

The program is available in German, the English version is about ready but is in the status of being proofread. Current version is 5.07. Right now the database contains 669 cards, 577 'synonyms' for different writings and more than 1000 links to related expressions. Other features include sound files for question (and possible for the answer), because the acoustic part is the key that is supposed to bring the definition up to the memory. All cards contain information about the used source, date and page.

All cards can easiliy be changed or additional information can be inserted.

I have prepared other material for this program, for example english basic expressions for people with no or small knowledge of the english language who want to square dance.

If you have experience with tools for creating animations (to be used in this program) please contact me.

The test menu contains the source (book, release, date), statistical informations (how often did you know this card etc.) and more. Important possibilities include the cross references which can be used by double clicking (here in > <) and a button to play the connected sound file.

I ask for DM 25,- (plus package and postage) for the program (Chocolateware), more is possible. You will receive a CD containing the program plus the learn material (definitions) and the sound files.
