more than from all childhood diseases combined.

are the keys to preventing childhood injuries.

THE COALITION ADOPTS THE MISSION STATEMENT OF THENATIONAL SAFE KIDS CAMPAIGN |
|
To prevent unintentional childhood injuries, the leading killer and disabler of children. The Coalition shall address unintentional injuries to children through age fourteen (14) in the following risk areas: traffic injuries, fires and burns, drowning, falls, poisoning and choking. We will use a multifaceted approach in our strategies, including public policy, technology, environmental change, education and media. |
