Wordbridge Playwrights Lab
I love this place. Once again I get to play
with some of the most talented up-and-coming playwrights using
improvisation to look at scenes not found in the scripts, creating
simultaneous imagery for readings, and developing improv structures
to illuminate the scripts in new ways.

the University of Central Florida as Artistic Director of StoryLab,
a research lab investigating the field of interactive story.

The Improv Gym resurfaces again,
this time at the University of Central Florida. The "gym"
atmosphere for training and honing skills has proven to be a
big success.

Capstone Script Reading
Working with my creative cohort,
JJ Ruscella,I get to transform the sound stage of the UCF Film
Department into a Parisian cafe and then direct a staged reading
of student screenplays from the UCF Film Deparment..

Song Workshop
Monday evenings I'll be bringing
my theories into practice at the SAK Academy as I teach improvisors
how to create spontaneous song. A real treat for me to get to
work with keyboardist extrordinire, John Wagner.

Another of my favorite gigs. I'll be doing
improvisational work with dancers, sculptors, painters, singers,
musicians, and actors at this outstandng (and highly selective)
arts training program. And the faculty ain't half-bad either!

Straight from Erie, I jump a plane
for Texas to experience the mother of all digital animation
and interactive media conferences. Miles upon miles of cool
cutting-edge technologies, or so I'm told.
