I COMMIT TO MY SELLERS THAT I WILL ADVERTISE THEIR HOME UNTIL IT SELLS. I USE A NUMBER OF MEDIA PUBLICATIONS AND DIRECT MARKETING OF MY LISTINGS THRU APARTMENT COMMUNITIES AND DIRECT MAIL OUTS. OF COURSE ALL MY LISTINGS ARE PLACED ON MY WEBPAGE AND IN THE MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE OF THE CHARLOTTE BOARD OF REALTORS.

FOLLOW UP TO SELLER

MY OFFICE MAINTAINS A COMPUTERIZED LIST OF ALL SHOWINGS ON EACH LISTING. I PLACE CALLS TO OTHER SHOWING AGENTS AFTER EACH SHOWING FOR FEEDBACK TO PROVIDE TO THE SELLER

BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT, I HAVE A CONSULTING ATTORNEY WHO WILL PROVIDE A CONTRACT REVIEW WITH THE SELLER AT NO CHARGE.

FOLLOW THROUGH FROM CONTRACT TO CLOSING

MY JOB TAKES ON A NEW FACE BEGINNING WITH THE ACCEPTANCE OF A CONTRACT ON YOUR HOME. I WILL MAINTAIN CONTACT WITH THE LENDER AND APPRAISER DURING THE LOAN PROCESS AND PROVIDE THE SELLER WITH UPDATES ON THE PROGRESS. AFTER THE LOAN IS APPROVED, I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF ARRANGING ALL INSPECTIONS, MECHANICAL, STRUCTURAL AND PEST. I CAN ALSO PROVIDE CONTACTS FOR THE REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY, HOME OWNER'S INSURANCE, SURVEYORS AND EVEN GUIDANCE TO UTILITY COMPANIES.
