  take 1 of them on each shuttle bay, thereby
  preserving the Lyran ability to launch 2 shuttles
  during the same impulse.

  As a standard practice, Lyrans will be holding 2 suicide shuttles.
  For 2 points of power, Lyrans increase their in-close offensive
  potential by 36 internals.  Gorns, Roms and Kzinti are not the
  only ones who can tractor an opponent and shove seeking weapons
  down their opponent's throat.  This is best done right after an
  ESG ram, followed by the Lyran Alpha Strike.
