 Definition of Mizia Attack:
   Once a shield is dropped, repeated follow-on 6-12 point volleys
   of internals.  Named after Mr. Mizia who "discovered" tactic.

 Points to remember:
   Mizia attacks against you are DEADLY,
     so watch out and prevent them when possible.
   Look for Mizia attacks to perform against your foe.
   Fire weapons AFTER the ESGs impact your enemy's ship and
     guarantee internals.
    (Snowdog should be aware of this one through experience)
   Can lose 2 Disruptors, 8 Phasers, and 2 ESGs
     in 2 volleys of 10 internals: Ouch!
