   4.  ESG vs Andromedans

       + 2 range 3 ESGs will often (but not always) deter Andromedans
         from taking their favorite (and deadly) range 3 shot.
       - The Andromedan range 5 shot will still probably punch through
         whatever Lyran shield is facing the Andro.
       + Chasing an Andro with 2 Range 3 ESGs is fun!
         (Even better is connecting with the ESGs)
       - ESGs are hell to rearm (but very necessary against Andros!)
       + Lyran has bigger ship than Andro and can take 30 internals
         and still be combat worthy.  Put 20 internals into an Andro
         and watch it die..
       - Andro front panel is rather hard to punch through
