ESG Dream 2

   1.  Best timing of ESGs:
       X.27 Announce raising of 2 ESGs
       X.31 2 ESGs come up at range Y (often 3)
       X.32 2 ESGs impact enemy ship
            (followed by phaser and/or disruptor fire)
       Y.01 More phaser and/or disruptor fire to score Mizia damage on enemy
       Y.29 Announce raising of 2 ESGs
       Z.EAF Decide at what radius the ESGs will come up
             (Especially nice if enemy at range 0-3).
       Z.01 2 ESGs come up at range A (& Lyran defeats enemy tractor auction)
       Z.02 2 ESGs impact enemy ship again! (followed by direct fire...)

       Try to get your ESGs up at the last possible moment to get maximum
       benefit out of them and also get the largest chance of cancelling them
       before they are up if need be.  Make sure the opponent doesn't speed
       up enough to get inside them.  Make sure the opponent doesn't
       successfully tractor you just outside of ESG damage range (which is
       why range 3 ESGs are sooo nice).
