Keith Whitmore
Keith
Whitmore is a former Leader of the Liberal
Democrat Group in Manchester. He was first elected to the
Council in 1979, when he took Levenshulme Ward. He is
Group Spokesperson on City Centre issues, Transport,
Policing and Urban and Social Strategy. Keith is also
very active on the Local Government Association, where he
is currently Chair of the Liberal Democrat Group.

Maria Rowles
was first elected to the Council in 1991. Maria has for
many years been very active in the Levenshulme area,
taking a leading role in many community groups. Maria is
the Liberal Democrat Group Spokesperson on Social
Services.
