How To Setup Netscape Messenger To Access Your CS2000 Mailbox.

Start Netscape

Click on Edit, Preferences

Click on Mail & Newsgroups and then Identity

Type in your name and your email address <username>@cs.com

Click on Mail Servers and then click on the Add button.

Type imap.cs.com as the server name, select IMAP Server as the Server type, type in your CS2000 <username> in the User Name box and click in the Remember password box if you do not wish to type in your CS2000 password each time you read your mail.

Click on OK

Type smtp.cs.com in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box and type your CS2000 <username> in the Outgoing mail server user name box.

Click on OK

Now click Communicator, Messenger

A quick message about downloading folders will flash up on your screen and then you will be prompted for your password

Type in your CS2000 logon password and click on OK

Now you should see your new imap.cs.com account and the folders associated with it

When you send your first message you will also be prompted for your logon password. Type it into the box and click on OK.
