You can see that the message has one or more attachments because CS2000 presents a "Download Now" button. Click on the "Download Now" button to retrieve the "raw message file" to your hard disk. You must do this because you will use the raw message in the later steps.

Note: This is not a real message. You will not receive a message like this from anyone at Compuserve. Also, notice that the message includes some information about what to expect in the attachment. Encourage your pen pals to do this in their messages to you.
