Princeton Friday Night Folk Dancing

Beginning June 29 we are at 1860 House for the summer!

1860 House is in Montgomery Township, just north of Princeton. From the Princeton YWCA, take Route 206 (Bayard Street at that point) North about five miles. Make a right onto Montgomery Rd (one block past Sycamore Street). Go about a mile—1860 House is on the left at the bend in the road.

We expect to be back at the Princeton YWCA the first Friday in September.

We normally meet at the Princeton YWCA.

We do dances from many parts of the world, but our main focus is the Balkan region -- the part of Southeastern Europe that includes Bulgaria, the former Yugoslavia, Greece, etc. These are mostly line dances that don't require a partner.

We meet at the Princeton (NJ) YWCA on the corner of Route 206 and Paul Robeson Place (one block north of Route 27).

We meet Friday nights from 8:00 PM until 11:15 PM. Teaching: 8:00 - 9:00. Open Dancing: 9:00 - 11:15.

No special dress -- anything you can move comfortably in.

Requested Donation: $5.

Beginners welcome! Old Pros Venerated!
