You want a wedding book that will do more than show who was at your wedding. You want a book with images that show how the day progressed, what you did and with whom. Even beyond that you want images that will help you relive the events, both planned and surprise, and once more feel the warmth and love of the day. Indeed, a lot to ask of a book . . . but that is our objective as we document in pictures the events of that special day.
I particularly enjoy doing weddings for the wide variety of photo opportunities they offer. For wedding photography, my assistant and I take advantage of the special features of both 35 mm format and 6x6 medium format equipment.
Your photographs will combine the classic look of traditional formals with the romance and emotion of photojournalistic candids that flow along with spontaneous images of human interest.
While our posed to candid ratio generally runs about 30/70, this can be changed to whatever you want. And you can have some black & white or all black & white. These options are discussed in the planning session with you.
We are constantly checking with engaged couples to learn what real people are looking for in their wedding photography. This may change from time to time and isn't always what the magazines say. If you get our brochure and don't see what you want, let me know. The brochure is on paper...not set in stone. I want to be your wedding photographer.
YOUR WEDDING COVERAGE INCLUDES:
Home, church & reception coverage on the day of your wedding.
A studio or outdoor engagement session.
2 - 5x7 engagement prints.
A formal pre or post-wedding bridal session is available at any indoor or outdoor location of your choosing. Especially useful in the event of stormy weather on the wedding day.
Consultation before and after the wedding.
Use of local professional labs. It's more expensive; but your films are never at risk of being lost by the mail or other carrier.
Pre-wedding visit to survey any location that we have not previously used.
Basic retouching of prints selected.
You deal with your personal photographer from first meeting to final album. We book only one wedding a day. We are not running to or from another wedding to photograph yours. You have our full and undivided attention.
Proof book for you to preview and select the prints for your album. And you get to keep all the proofs! Of course, you have the options of proofs on the internet or on CD.
You select whatever combinations you want of 10x10, 8x10, 5x7, 4x5, 5x5 prints. We offer a wide selection of album styles to choose from.
All Wedding and Parent Albums are non-acetate with non-acetate matt inserts to eliminate glare and reflection.
