Not yet got a Psion?

If you still haven't got yourself a Psion but you'd like to try some of the many shareware packages available, visit the Psion Web Site and download a copy of the S3a and/or Siena emulators.

Please note you need a PC to use these emulators.

Important news for those of you who may have tried Battleships from What Personal Computers January 1997 cover CD
There is a problem with the attribute of the PREFS.ODB file on the cover CD. To correct it, press the Tab key, navigate to the directory that contains the file (APP\BSHIPS on whichever drive you installed it to), highlight the PREFS.ODB file, press Menu and select File attributes and change the Read only switch to No and press Enter. All should now be okay.

*** Battleships V1.2 now available! ***

Version 1.2 of Battleships can now be downloaded from the software page. This version includes: Registration via code using SWREG, RegNet (or Post!); many different skill levels. The software also contains details of my other programs: CallCalc, CrosWord, HangMan and I Ching.

You can read a review of Battleships by Steve Litchfield of 3-Lib. (Please note the review is of V1.1 and hence does not take into consideration the new multiple skill levels!)

I'm in the process of constructing a Developers page. It'll include a hints and tips section, reviews of various development tools I've used for the Psion and other relevant topics. If there's anything specific you'd like to see on this page, let me know.
