"I'm writing this letter to endorse your employee/applicant assessment tool the "Prevue" as a sound and practical method of evaluating potential job candidates. In hundreds of interviews I've conducted over the years, I've matched the wrong people to the available positions probably as often as I've selected the right people.
Today I completed interviewing three people for the third time. Round one and two without an assessment tool and round three using the "Prevue" instrument. After reviewing the results and consulting with you on the telephone I was able to gain insights into people and their "profile" that allowed me to make three sound business decisions.
First, I hired someone I liked, my people liked and who tested well for the available position. Your tool validated our instincts.
Second, I "passed" on someone I couldn't get a "gut feel" for in the first two interviews and discovered why in the third interview by using the "Prevue." He would not have excelled here.
Third, I "passed" on another person that "I liked", my people adored, who would have without question failed (over a long and agonizing period of time for everyone). I discovered the dangerous traits only after I asked one of the recommended questions in the Hiring Report you faxed to me yesterday. Once we began to discuss the issue the person suddenly realized that she would probably be miserable in the position even if somehow she were able to perform the job satisfactorily.
The solid business reality of today is that we cannot afford to spend the dollars training, nor the emotional energy agonizing over the struggle of making someone successful who is just not predisposed to succeed at a specific set of tasks.
Job fit or job match are critical factors for successful recruiting and employee retention. We have calculated the dollar cost of turning over an associate after six months to be about $30,000. It is impossible to estimate the emotional cost to our team when we lose someone we have grown to like as a person. At $145.00 per "Prevue" I calculate we could have "Previewed" almost everyone I have ever interviewed in my career and, as a result could have saved $450,000.00 over the past 10 years.
Thanks...for your expertise and commitment to me as a customer."

"It's been over a year now since we began using the PREVUE as part of our hiring process. I thought it would be appropriate to share our findings with you.
We began using the PREVUE because we thought it would prevent us from hiring people who weren't going to contribute to our organization in the long run. I'm happy to report that it has accomplished far more than that. We're finding that our hiring decisions have brought us far more competent candidates who are experiencing success faster--not only because the PREVUE determined that they were a good fit for the job, but because it gave us the knowledge we needed to make them immediately competent.
In the last twelve months, we have not made a single bad hire. And our explosive growth is a direct result of having a quality product being sold by quality people. The tremendous drop in turnover, coupled with our increased productivity has enabled us to show our clients that we are an organization that delivers on what it promises. In addition, we've created a team environment here which produces the kind of synergy that keeps our business levels moving forward.
Our organization is constantly telling our clients and prospects that the potential in their employees is their greatest single asset. The PREVUE proves that it's true. Thanks for a superb product."
