We utilize the Prevue as one third of our decision making process when hiring a new have found that the test solidifies any concerns as well as positive traits we have assessed in the interview process. This enables us to feel more comfortable with the decision we have made regarding an individual and the position available.
We have validated the test by also using it as a coaching mechanism for management of our current staff. My service supervisor consistently refers back to the coaching report when evaluating performance and conducting one on one meetings with her support staff.
