It is approximately one year since we...made the decision to incorporate the Prevue Assessment into our hiring process. We have been very pleased with this investment decision! "Thank you for the opportunity to examine Compliance Corporation of America's Compliance Manual and Profile International's Prevue Assessment. These are valuable tools that any company would do well to use.
I like the Prevue Assessment because it enables even an inexperienced recruiter to evaluate a prospective employee. So often companies focus on an applicant's technical skills and fail to consider the person's work habits and personality traits so essential to building an effective team. The company that uses the Prevue Assessment has an advantage over the company that doesn't. Once the total picture of a prospective applicant emerges, the company can determine with some degree of certainly whether the applicant is a good match for the company.
CCA's Compliance Manual is a truly valuable resource. I like it because it is very much a how to document Government requirements and regulations change so frequently that it is difficult for companies to know if they are in compliance. The manual is organized in such a way that it is easy to find just the section that applies to a particular situation. Probably one of the best features is it is well written and easy to understand.

"After having the opportunity to peruse the Prevue Assessment instrument, I would deem it as one of the best available tests in its class. Particularly impressive is the body of literature regarding the reliability and validity of the instrument, as well as the concerts that have been noted by those in the legal community. It appears to have been well constructed with the goal of not only being a good predictive measure but also one that will stand up to psychometric scrutiny.
There are a number of instruments such as the DISC Omnia, and Predictive Index that have not gone to the same degree that the Prevue Assessment measure has. By way of comparison, it is my view that the Prevue Assessment is superior to these and other similar tools. It is no wonder that the instrument has been successful, and that many businesses find it quite useful.
One of the unique features of the instrument is that it appears to be as bias-free as possible. I did not detect any politically incorrect statements, and I am of the belief that it can work well with any normative group of individuals. The fact that it does not take the better part of the day to complete can also be quite advantageous.
I believe the Prevue Assessment will have a lengthy career in the business world and that it can provide employers with valuable information prior to making a hiring decision."
