
"We have been using the Step One Survey and Prevue Assessment for the past year in our recruitment and selection process. We believe that the results have been instrumental in lowering our turnover rate as well as saving valuable interviewing time for our supervisors.
The Step One Survey is used as a prescreening tool by our supervisors before interviews are scheduled which has helped eliminate candidates who would have been extended an interview prior to use of this test.
