"We have been using the Step One Survey and Prevue Assessment for the past year in our recruitment and selection process. We believe that the results have been instrumental in lowering our turnover rate as well as saving valuable interviewing time for our supervisors.
The Step One Survey is used as a prescreening tool by our supervisors before interviews are scheduled which has helped eliminate candidates who would have been extended an interview prior to use of this test. The Prevue has helped us achieve a job match that reflects an 80% retention factor on the employees hired in the past year.
Additionally, the attached graph will indicate the reduction in both new hires and terminations for 1997. We believe that this reduction is a direct result of our new recruiting process that was instituted in 1997.
