Employers large and small can now use a complete battery of occupational assessments on a PC, thanks to a Waco, Texas-based assessment publisher, Profiles International, Inc. Its newest product, The Assessment Center™, is a CD ROM-based system, consisting of six occupational assessments, which are used to aid employers in making a variety of hiring, managing, and training decisions.

The Assessment Center's tools are each distinct and rich in the quality of information they provide the user. They are: The Profile, an all-purpose instrument that measures "The Total Person"; Step One Survey, an integrity assessment; Profiles Performance Indicator, used for measuring five important behavioral traits; Profiles Team Analysis, a team building tool; Customer Service Survey; and Call Center Survey.
