- Seargeant-at-Arms
- Sets up room- Lectern and Flag in place
- Welcomes members and guests as they walk in
- President
- Welcomes everyone
- Calls for invocation and pledge
- Introduces Guests
- Opening remarks
- Business meeting (if needed)
- Introduces Toastmaster
- Toastmaster
- Explains duty of:
- Timer

- Ah Counter
- Wordmaster, Toastmaster introduces Wordmaster
- Provides a word for the members to practice using during the club
- During meeting counts how many times the word is used
- Returns control of meeting to Toastmaster
- Jokemaster, Toastmaster introduces Jokemaster
- Tells one of more jokes
- Asks others to share a joke
- Returns control of meeting to Toastmaster
- Topicmaster, Toastmaster introduces Topicmaster
- Topicmaster gives each member a topic to answer in 1 to 2 minutes
- Asks guest if they would like a topic with choice of:
- Answer a regular topic
- Answer a previously asked topic
- Tell the Club why they have come to Toastmasters or how they hear about us
or
- (decline, Guests are never required to speak, though participation is encouragerd)
- Returns control of meeting to Toastmaster
- Two minute Tutorial, Toastmaster Introduces speaker
- Ten minute Break
During the break
- General evaluator assigns evaluators for each speaker
- Toastmaster learns the title and goal of each speaker and prepares an introduction
- Prepared Speeches
- Introduces each Speaker and forms a bridge between speakers
- Introduces the General Evaluator
General Evaluator
- Calls for reports by
- Wordmaster: how many times the word was used
- Ah counter: how many ahs were used
- Timer: How long did each person speak for
- Calls up each Evaluator to evaluate the speaker
- Evaluates the entire meeting (EXCEPT for the speakers but including the evaluators)
- Returns control to the Toastmaster
Toastmaster returns control to the President
President adjourns the meeting
