This picture "Planetfall on Jerome" is of the Moy star system, (the image was created using a computer "paint" program - probably Corel PhotoPaint)  so in this I've helped to satisfy two of my passions.  Painting and writing.  All the planets are catalogued, with the Earth-like one (bottom centre) being "Jerome" on which my two main protags are about to land. The story is about a human who meets an alien and - after an accident with some equipment on the alien's spaceship - finds himself with the unconscious ability to morph into another species.  This way, one furry biped and one smooth biped, become two furry bipeds!

My name is Fran Baker and this is my website.  As I write and paint this is what this site is all about.  I hope you enjoy looking at the pictures and don't mind me waffling on about writing.  Of course if you're a writer too, then enjoy the words and I hope the pictures don't get in the way.  FB.
Currently this site is updated at least every two weeks but often more frequently.  FB.

It's been suggested that this might be a Natterjack Toad, but I don't see any yellow stripe, do you?  So more likely it's a Common Toad.  It slowly moved out from just in front of me in the lane late one evening as I was walking the dog.  It just ambled away, no jumping involved, obviously a laid back toad.
I rushed back to the house for the camera and just managed to get a picture before he completely sloped off.
