This is a real sunset at Hodbarrow Nature reserve near Haverigg a small village in the north of England. Beautiful isn't it?

This shows the double shadows of leaves when there's an eclipse. Taken during the '99 eclipse. Isn't the paper looking a lovely blue?
Here's another taken at the same time. Another nice colour to the paper here, might make a nice background for a website. <g>

This place is called - by me - the "Drowned Forest".
Here are some new scenes from Cumbria, including Hodbarrow point nature reserve.
I'll be adding some more pictures soon, in the meantime here's a couple more sunsets. Both taken a very short distance from my house, and on the same day - 26th August 2001.
