FICSA's Structure

Structure of FICSA

The policy-making body of FICSA is its Council which is held annually, generally at the end of January and takes place at one of the Member Organizations by invitation.

The Council elects an Executive Committee whose members are responsible for the formulation and implementation of the annual programme of work.

The Executive Committee is assisted in its duties by Standing Committees for the following areas:

Legal Questions
Human Resource Management
Social Security / Occupational Health and Safety
Conditions of Service in the Field
General Service Questions
Professional Salaries and Allowances.

Elections are held at the FICSA Council to fill the posts of Chairperson and vice-chair for each of the Standing Committees
