at Start-Up: it must be manually added to your Start-up sequence. In order to add the surfing Spy to the Start-up sequence
for Windows NT or 2000, follow these two simple steps:

1) Access the following directory on your system: c:/windows/winnt/profiles/all users/start menu/programs/startup
2) Copy the surfing spy program into this directory.
