WT was created in 1972 by Erwin von Allmen to serve international trading in products complimentary to those of his privately held food process machinery manufacturing firm. From his earlier career in consulting, he sensed a market need for supporting services in two vital business areas:

1. Small businesses, as an emerging force for economic growth everywhere.

2. World trade, where growth was accelerated by new market demand, trade agreements, and political stability.

In response, Mr. von Allmen expanded his personal dedication to these activities. Production was discontinued in 1996, for total concentration on WT.

We focus on "hands on" services to general management of small businesses, and in the broader area of world trade, all based on long experience. Other assignments would be considered for content. WT will engage specialists or full project teams as required.
