This is a jointly sponsored site -- home both for Ed Perry's personal pages (''The Hovel'') and for the commercial products and services of I3C. Whether you're interested in computer consulting services or reprogrammable talking teddy bears, epistemology or ultraviolet sensors, genealogy or state-of-the-art electronic warfare systems, you've found the right place. If you've visited before, you may prefer to click on one of the ''Quick Link'' buttons to jump immediately into the Hovel or the I3C service area . . .

If you're new to this site, a warm welcome! To provide you with a brief orientation, following are some of the areas included on this site. In the I3C Service Area you'll find descriptions of the company and some of the products and services which we offer to the public (as well as links to another of our web sites which features electronic warfare products and services). I3C's commercial products range from reprogrammable talking bears and heart-shaped pillows to ultraviolet sensors, PC-based games and simulators, and videographic services. We've lots to offer! And you can easily order many of these products from this site.
In the Hovel, you'll find lots of interesting material as well, all of which reflect my personal interests: logic puzzles, crop circles and other unusual phenomena, genealogical research, a serialized sci-fi novel, my resume, a photo album, and hot-links to many other interesting sites on the web. If you're seeking a source for development of professionally designed web pages, please consider this site as an exemplar and myself as a potential service provider (for which, more information is provided in the Hovel). I also offer a variety of other consulting services, ranging from programming support to proposal preparation and management and technical writing.
