MP3 Songs

By: Edward Epiphone

In all of my MP3 Song compositions, vocals and guitars were done by me. The ones below were recorded - in rough take - using a Tascam 388 Studio 8 multi-track recorder which I consider were produced as good demos. Among these six songs features some of my best song compositions and guitar playing that were done spontaneously. And these 6 songs will be along with a pro-take14-song compilation for my first Solo CD called "Summer of September", which is also the title of the closing song of the album and hopefully be available soon. There is still some refining that needs to be done, which is mostly lyrical. So helpful comments from an experience lyricist will be appreciated. My present occupation and tight schedule hinders my time needed to personally look for the right contact to get my songs heard. So, I welcome all artists, bands, A&R agents, publishers and producers who happens to drop by to check my musical pages, but don't charge me for your services. What I need is an ambitious person who can see high potential in my songs, as I do, to be salable to the public. Therefore, I am open to collaboration to make this happen.

Now, a brief description of the sample MP3 songs below: "Columbian Woman" is a slow beat rock song that might have a little Dylan and raggae influence. In the middle of this song features a duet guitar solo. "Are You Available" is a rock tune reminiscing Beatlemania that is based on an energetic guitar riff. The "scratch pad" lyrics are subject to change, but the chorus and the title are evidently meant for this song. "Make Her Love Me" is a ballad love-tune that features some mellow acoustic and electric guitar playing (once again, a spontaneous take). The lyrics can be reflective on people of different walks of life and ages. "Girl I'll Rock" is a rough recording take of one of my best guitar riffs I've ever composed. I speculate that the refined version would be a hit. "Salmon Riff" is a fun instrumental song with a stylish acoustic guitar strumming, which is sort of a celebration of just having one of my favorite dish. I think it would be a great time to play this song while fishing. The last song,"When You Came Along", is a  powerful rock composition. Very melodical in the foreground and background. Perhaps, my favorite of all. This recording is left as is to keep the "live" feeling of a great guitar solo. If you are interested in buying the CD version, email me. Enjoy!
