Module-tracking is a music program that I once had fun experimenting, but then later I got a little serious into making this technique and application (Fast Tracker) as a medium to demonstrate some of my old and new song-compositions. It sure took a lot of time to get familiar with it's functions and capabilities, and up to now, I never got my mind set to master the tracking program. Anyone who has been at it or someone who is a programming guru will know that tracking is not my business, just by listening to some of my modules. But I can count on, hopefully, on being acknowledged as a fine and innovative songwriter-composer. From my experience, tracking is a good incentive to create new songs just by experimenting with several quality samples along with a good backing drum beat. The tracking program, itself, would make a good keyboard sequencer and a great drum machine for studio (digital or analog) recordings, or possibly, for live stage music. What is more convenient is that the module file-format is easily accessible to people of interest and music-lovers in the Internet. With this technology, it is a great opportunity to demonstrate your musical talents and creativity world-wide.
My current repertoire is relatively about right to make a solid
CD album. Some of the release here are my best compositions - ranging from
hardrock to softrock. They would all be best done with vocals (maybe, except
on songs like Guitar Oddysey and Rider on the Swing of Things), otherwise,
they all would potentially be fine instrumental rock music. Although some
of the songs here were done hastily and ended up not being produced at a
professional level, they are surely more than enough to demonstrate my
songwriting and composition skills, which is truly the emphasis of my repertoire
posted on this page. Of course, if I have the time, I will track or record
them again to put out better versions (on some of the songs). I would like
to be more skilled with the tracker program, but it is taking me a lot more
time to set up a module-format than my usual way of recording a demo in my
portastudio. However, I always prefer to spend more of my free time coming
up with new songs and riffs with my acoustic guitar. Below are my first 12
module (digital demos) releases. If you want my quick song recommendations
(perhaps because you don't have the time to check out all of my songs at
the present time), I would suggest "Guitar Odyssey" and "Echoes of Utopia".
Although all of my songs posted here are really fine music, these two I just
mentioned would inspire you (I don't want to say "guarantee") to come back
to download and check out some more of my tunes. You will need a tracker
program or player to hear these songs. My 2 finest recommendations are linked
above. Otherwise, the popular WinAmp MP3 media player should suffice. As
a musician, I can assure you that these modules are all pleasant to listen
to. So feel free, to download now!
