If you have no idea where Indiana is at you may remember seeing the large lakes positioned along the border between America and Canada (The Great Lakes), well the downward pointing lake (Lake Michigan), which looks somewhat like an extended downward pointing finger, is pointing southward toward where we live at.

In 1980 I initiated an extensive crime prevention project and since then I have served as Crime Watch Coordinator operating a two Neighborhood Crime Watch here in an area roughly one square mile in size containing 542 homes in 34 blocks with a total population of some 2,000 persons, so if you have serious questions about Neighborhood Crime Watch I'll try to answer and if you any new materials I'd certainly welcome any input.
My several year genealogy quest has secured me data on some 2,000 family members, as well as another major project devoted to a history extention of my childhood neighborhood.
State-of-the-art technology has also been of keen interest, so this WWW / Internet accessability is indeed an enjoyable adventure which provides a unique opportunity while saving countless hours of research providing such vast resources it would take lifetimes to secure by any other means available to a devoted "WWW surfer".
Please feel free to launch off into any of the excellant page strings listed below for worthy technology adventures to 'take the time' to explore and digest.
One noteworthy archaeology related item of specific interest to me is ancient site alignment mapping aspects utalized by ancient Native American peoples in this region. The importance of such documentation I feel could be effectively applied to support historical recognition of formerly unrecognized grand scale engeneering accomplishments of ancient Native American populations millenniums before Columbus. We all need an enjoyable hobby and indeed this research, re-discovery and developement of these site location formulas have been one of my most enjoyable hobbies.

Having enlisted and proudly served our Great Nation upon its call to duty during the Vietnam War -- for three consecutive year tours of duty supporting our warfare roles in South East Asia, from my four year hitch -- I include the following links to Vietnam War related pages for my 'brother Vets' who made it back, those lost along the way and in recognition of those prisoners of war (POW) who were left behind abandoned, all but forgotten today by their nation except by family and fellow Vets.
