Welcome to my "X-Wing Fighter" webpage. I've been playing X-Wing Battle Simulator since it came out in 1993 (demo only). Well, I actually got a hold of full version on early 1994. CompuServe's Flight Sim Forum is where all the action happened for the X-Wing/Tie Fighter fans. At that time I was lucky enough to be a part of Rebel Alliance's famed Red Squadron, the nuggets, front line cannon fodders. Before you could join a Rebel Alliance squadron, you had to fly missions, and record them as proof of your work. The most difficult missions to accomplish, of course, were reserved for the Rogue Squadron application. No, I couldn't pass them. They were difficult, and I had a crappy computer system, a 486DX2 with 4MB of RAM. The glamorous photo you see here was scanned from a t-shirt I bought from "Out Takes" at "Universal Studios Hollywood." Click here, and find out more about it. Actually, it looks stupid, and I was fat as a cow at that time. My tooth fairy said, it's a chick magnet. I don't know about that, but I sure do get a lot of attention when I wear it out to the zoo. Them ugly monkeys can't get enough of my self-absorbed, action hero t-shirt. Lucas Arts had another great combat simlulation called, Strike Fleet, about two years earlier, but that's another story. Hey, I wonder if there are any assholes out there that still hang on to their Strike Fleet PC game? Ha, ha, ha! I was just joking, . . . I'm sure you're not that old. |
