June 2007...

It is hard to compare these 2 litters...Portia's has 2 generations of outcrossing, and an English (UK) father. Mariah's
has some very nice line breeding, and her pups Sire (Simon) has an exceptionally strong Pedigree that has quite a sampling
of 'famous' Mastiffs in the last 2 decades. In either case they are both beautiful!

Portia was bred to Payne, and had 7 very large pups on June 11th. Portia is ½ UK Bloodlines, so her father's pedigree
is unrelated to Mastiffs here in the USA. We can not be more pleased with these pups. They are all heavy boned, have
very dark masks, and wide short noses. (pictures of Portia and the pups coming)

Mariah was bred to Simon, and had 5 beautiful pups on June 17th. All of the pups inherited Simon's very dark pigment,
and are dark fawn. Again excellent bone, though some may not like the dark pigment on the tails. (sorry, the odds were
against us, and there are no brindles!) (again, a lot of changes being made! pictures will be up soon!)
