Die Liebe album from Atrocity featuring Das Ich, named by the coverversion they did from Laibachs Die Liebe, is a strong combination of electronic industrial keyboards with the harsh death metal guitar stuff from Atrocity. Das Ich covered some of Atrocitys songs with their typical keywork. Atrocity covered Das Ichs Kain und Abel, Unschuld Erde. After a big tour in late december 1995 over Europe, both bands decided to keep on working on these cooperations.

After the release and tour of Atrocity featuring das ich, Atrocity decided to record their new album in the Danse Macabre Studio. The album was produced by Bruno Kramm and Alex Krull. They mastered the album at the wellknown Sterling Studio in New York with J. Marino, who did the current Metalica album, too. The first 10000 copies of Atrocitys new album, called Willenskraft will include a maxisingle with 4 new remixes done by Bruno of das ich. The 4 remixes contain a coverversion from Das Ichs Gottes Tod. The other stuff is combining Prodigy-like synths with typical Das Ich Keys.
