You want instant stress releaf then you got it with Bodyboarding. I throw on my wet suit. Throw myself in the Atlantic. Trim a few waves and YeeeeeHah!! I feel I can take on the world. Tude RideThe Causeway Coast is situated on the beautiful North Coast of Ireland (Ulster). It has many unspolt beachs serviced by the North Atlantic currents and weather. The advantage is its ideal for waves 80% of the year plus we have no sharks, just freezing water. The disadvantage to those living in warmer climates is that here you need a wet suit all the year round, But Hey! who is afraid of a little chill when you can fear a monster wave comin at ya.
