Responsabilities

Costa Rica Online, will not be responsible for the use or misuse of the itineraries provided as an aid to the travelers and potential travelers, through the on-line service. The client has the responsibility of judging if he/she wants the itinerary or not.

Neither will Costa Rica Online be responsible for any injury, loss or damage caused by accidents or other events, including acts of God or weather conditions, or by any action or negligence of attendants of third parties, or any act, error or omission, injury, loss or accident, delay or irregularity which may occur for any individual or company engaged in providing service to the client who has done his/her land arrangements directly with the travel providers.

Once a sketchy itinerary is accepted by the client, we will develop and send a Detailed Itinerary within 48 hours after payment was received. The cost of the itineraries are non-refundable, as you are paying for a professional travel research service.

The schedules will be made according to the questionnaire form and the information available to the public at the moment the itinerary was created; but always keeping in mind the needs and preferences of every individual.
