Magil Forest Lodge

Magil Forest Lodge is located on the skirts of Tenorio Volcano, at a 189 km. distance from the country's capital. The road is totally paved, except the last 20 km. of dirt road. The mountain hotel has all the facilities to assure its visitors, a pleasant and comfortable stay. The lodge offers at the moment: 9 quads and 3 doubles, 12 rooms total. Each room has a private bathroom and balcony or terrace. There is a large and comfortable living room, as well as a bar at your service, restaurant, etc.

This mountain hotel is located in a 1,035 acre private farm, and it has over 700 acres of Virgin Forests. Due to the altitude variations found here, you can find varied jungle habitats, through which paths wind and allow excursions. The area is bountiful in waterfalls, also in archeological sites, many of which have yet to be discovered and taken to the farm's museum, which coordinates with the country's National Museum.
