Condominios Las Canciones del Mar

Condominios Las Canciones del Mar is a Canadian owned and managed Condo-hotel. This is a small ocean-front development containing 7 one bedroom units and one studio apartment. All the units have a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner countertop stove, microwave oven, automatic coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, blender, stainless steel pots & pans and dinner service for six persons. Each unit has a separate bedroom with two double beds with the exception of one unit which has only one double bed. The sitting rooms has a sofa bed. The large bathrooms have a shower. Hot water in kitchen and bathroom.

Each unit has a private patio or terrace overlooking the pool and ocean and has a large glass topped table and four padded arm chairs. All units have screen doors and sliding glass doors and are cooled by two ceiling fans. Beautiful gardens and ample green areas abound for further relaxation. There are no restaurant or bar services available on premises. The ambiance is intimate and peaceful, just minutes away from the shops and restaurants of Jacó Beach.
