Scott 2000 Volumes Out
Scott Publications has issued Volumes 1 through 6, and the U.S. Specialized catalogs for 2000 - covering the U.S., U.N. and countries from A to Z. With thousands of price changes, mainly increases, this $36 catalog remains the standard for American collectors.
More than 14,000 values have changed in Volume 2 of the 2000 Scott Standard Postage Stamp Catalogue, which covers the Countries of the world C-F.
