2. Details of claim, including values - DO NOT be too brief !

3. What type of insurance policy you have, or intend to claim against

4. Which of our services you require

5. And in the case of a rejected claim, the reason given by the insurance company

Once we have this information we will send you a copy of our standard terms of business, a power of attorney form and an inovice for the initial review fee. You will be required to sign the forms and send us a payment for the fee along with any other required information. Initial review reports are usually despatched within 14 days of receipt, but if not you will be advised of the reason and when to expect it.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Percentage fees become payable as soon as the insurance company or other paying party has made payment in respect of the claim. Note - our standard form of agreement incorporates your written authority to the payer to send all payments (in your name) to one of our offices. We will hold this payment pending receipt of a payment of our fees from you.

Initial registration and review fees are payable in advance by sterling cheque or in foreign currency to the equivalent of the relevant stated sterling amount plus a currency exchange fee of £3.50. We regret we will be unable to despatch any initial reports until such time as your fee payment has been received.
