We know that many people like to go on holiday with friends, yet retain the privacy and independence of having their own place. Most of the villas listed below are located close together, but not too close. (see Akyaka Town plan ) This page will take a few minutes to load.

Transfers from Dalaman can be arranged at a current cost of £25 for up to 4 persons travelling by car. Larger groups will be transfered by air-conditioned minibus.

This house is located virtually on the beach and is divided into two self-contained two bedroom villas.From the front of the house or the bedroom balconies you will have uninterupted views of the beach, the forest park and Gokova Gulf .

One villa has a master bedroom with a double bed and the other has twin beds. Each villa has a second bedroom with bunk beds. The ground floor has an open plan sitting room and kitchen area. Each villa is equiped with private bath/showe/WC.The villas have all the necessary self catering equipment to prepare and serve meals.

These two beautiful cottages are set in the middle of an citrus grove over looking the Azmak river with the mountains, as you can see from the photographs, framed in the background.

Farm Cottage has one bedroom with two single beds and en-suite shower/WC (water heated by solar energy).The sitting room has a sofa bed and there also a well equiped kitchen with fridge freezer.There is also a shaded terrace at the front of the house.

Farm Cottage is suitable for 2 - 3 persons sharing.

Nilgun Cottage has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and en-suite shower/WC ( water heated by gas boiler) and the other with one single bed.The sitting room has a sofa bed and the well equipped kitchen will ease the preparation of meals. This cottage also has a secluded terrace ideal for evening meals. This cottage is suitable for 3 to 4 people sharing,

The two bedroom apartments have a double bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the saloon making them suitable for 4 to 5 people sharing.

This well maintained, very good and modern decorated house is located in very quiet forestry part of the village.The distances to the beach is ca. 500 meters, to the shops ca. 400 meters and to the restaurants within 5 to 15 minutes walk away. The house containes 4 appartments and one of them is used by the owner. Each appartment has its own Access gate located on each corner of the garden wall. The owner is happy if the guests are using the house without the street shoes (wood made varnished floors). This is one of the reasons how the owner maintaining the house so well.Each appartment has living room with sofa beds and fire place, 2 bedrooms one of them double bedded and the other one twin bedded. In each appartment there are ceilings and floors made from beautiful varnished pine wood. , shower bathroom, guest W.C. and a kitchen with 4 rings cookers with oven, fridge and coffee machine. In garden there are garden tables, chairs and parasols available. Twice a week cleaning, towels and linen changing.
