The accommodation in Bulent's House consists of: Medium sized garden and patio shaded by grape vines and flowering climbers. Ground Floor: Large saloon with bed sofa, two armchairs, music centre, a balcony with built-in seating, a toilet and a modern fitted kitchen with cooker , fridge with freezer compartment, pots & pans, crockery & cutlery for 10 people.
First Floor: Large front facing bedroom with double bed, air-conditioning and balcony, modern fitted bathroom with hot and cold water and a small back bedroom with two single beds also with air-conditioning..
Second Floor: Attic bedroom with two single beds.
The house can easily sleep 8 people.
Villa occupancy.
There is no under occupancy charge. The maximum occupancy figure is given as a guide for comfort.
Bulent’s house is located in the village of Akyaka and is set among pine trees in beautiful unspoilt country on the shores of Gokova Gulf . Akyaka is forty five minutes from Dalaman Airport, forty minutes from Marmaris and one and half hours from Bodrum. Akyaka is situated in the middle of one of the most interesting parts of Turkey with many archaeological sites of interest within one days return travel by road. The accommodation in Kadir and Vildan's House consists of: Medium sized garden and patio shaded by grape vines and flowering climbers. Ground Floor: Large saloon with bed sofa, two armchairs, music centre, air conditioning, satellite T.V., a balcony with built-in seating, a toilet and a modern fitted kitchen with cooker , fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, pots & pans, crockery & cutlery for 10 people.
First Floor: Large front facing bedroom with double bed, air-conditioning and balcony, modern fitted bathroom with hot and cold water and a small back bedroom with two single beds.
The house can easily sleep 6 people.
Basement apartment The house also has a small basement apartment consisting of a fitted kitchen equipped with fridge and small cooker, toilet with hot water shower and a saloon that doubles as a bedroom (with two single beds). The basement apartment is designed for a maximum of four people.

Erdal and Margaret's villa is situated in the same holiday complex as Semih's villa. The villa occupies the first floor of the building in the photograph above. The photograph also shows Erdal watching his daughters windsurfing,
This vills faces directly onto the beach, its the one on the right in the photograph below.
The accommodation comprises one double bedroom with balcony, one twin-bedded room, and two folding beds for use in the large kitchen/dining room/ lounge. The kitchen has a British Calor gas cooker, The bathroom has a washing machine, shower, toilet ant there is also a separate w.c. The lounge has a large balcony with a wonderful seaview over looking the beach( see photograph above).
There is also a large garden at the front of the villa and sunloungers are available.
A special feature of this villa is the availability of two windsurfers, during the summer Tatlisu has an almost constant breeze blowing from the direction of Istanbul, for visitors use.
The cost of renting this villa is £250 per week in July and August and £150 for other times .
As with Semih's villa this villa is ideal for those people wishing to combine a beach holiday with a tour of Istanbul. You can spent one day on the beach , the next in Istanbul or alternativly if you dont like sunbathing but the rest of the family does you can safely leave them on the beach while you visit the " The City of World's Desire".
