Here is a simple way to improve the handling characteristics of your Tsurugi while it is on the ground. As specified in the instructions, the Tsurugi's skids have a rake forward. This places the center of gravity well to the aft of the centerline of the undercarriage assembly. If you apply some downward pressure on your tailboom you will find that only a slight amount of force is necessary to rock the model onto the vertical fin.
To improve the Tsurugi's ground stability, try this. Assemble the skids so that they rake back rather than forward. The end of the skid should protude about 30mm from the black plastic strut. You will find that this will greatly decrease the model's tendency to rock aft onto the fin.
