Automatic core notching machine.

An automatic machine designed to cut a slot in the end of TTR (thermal transfer ribbon) cores.

Machine specification:-

· Automatic core feed from a flighted incline conveyor and core hopper

· Hydraulic notching head, complete with self contained supply.

· Pneumatic core pick and place heads.

· Notched cores place into collection bin

· Single or twin notch feature. 5mm x 5mm notch as standard.

· Simple change over for different core lengths.

Maximum core length – 300mm

Minimum core length – 30mm

Cycle time – 600 cores per hour

6 Bar 4cfm pneumatic supply
