CCD200 Cantilever Centre Drive Machine

A small centre driven duplex slitting machine designed to convert a range of materials including film, paper, foils and adhesive tapes.

* Cantilever layout for easy access and operation – web width up to 300mm.

* Variable tension control with particle or pneumatic braking options.

* 25-76mm rewind mandrels available options include solid, air or differential.

* Supplied with 10 off razor slitting knives as standard. Shear and crush cutting options are available to order. Minimum slit web width 10mm.

* Programmable electronic counter for accurate rewind lengths.

* Variable speed drive up to 200 Metres per minute.

* Maximum parent roll diameter 250mm (on 76mm cores as standard).

* Maximum rewind roll diameter 200mm.

* Single phase supply (240v 13amp).

* Guarding to suit C.E requirements
