MarC | Air popped popcorn is another great snack -
                      | you get <100 calories out of 3 cups of
                      | popped popcorn. Of course there's always the
                      | old standbies: raw veggies like carrots and
                      | celery. To add to the mood try making a dip
                      | based on low fat or fat free yogurt instead
                      | of sour cream. Sugar free jello qualifies as
                      | a free snack - you can even whip it into a
                      | foam that will set and give you that
                      | "topping" look - mix flavors/colors to give
                      | it that festive look. Lately I have been
                      | impressed with the weight watchers mock ice
                      | cream treats, like their Chocolate Mousse
                      | and Orange delight bars. Two of these are
                      | only worth 70 calories - the equivalent of a
                      | cup of skim milk or a bread exchange. What
                      | are your ideas?

 Barb | I eat 4 at a total of 60 calories.
Risa | Good.... that counts as a bread exchange, I
                      | believe
Valerie | The more I get, the more I want. The popcorn
                      | does work reasonably well for me --
                      | especially if it's doctored
                      | up with some cayenne and/or garlic powder
MarC | close enough - a bread is official 75 calories
Risa | Water, or diet iced tea or soft drinks don't
                      | have any
                      | exchange values, tho, and are good stopgap

MarC | yes - they are supposed to help digestion...
Valerie | They claim that items such as cinnamon,
