About the author:

Sue Style is an award-winning international food writer of seven books including Fruits of the Forest, most of which have also been translated into several languages. She writes regularly for a number of culinary magazines. Originally from Yorkshire, England, she speaks French, Italian, German and Swiss German, enabling her to exchange tricks of the trade with influential cooks, bakers, hoteliers and wine-makers.
