The location of 116 street within Manhattan and the location of our site at the edge of the street.

The site is the location of the Washborn Wire factory which has been closed for the past twenty years. It spreads over three block along the highway. There is no direct access from the area to the water front. 116 St. ends at the highway entrance. There are two schools one on each side of the site.
