The main point is. Only a person themselves, have the right to decide what is best for them, and when they are being victimised. Obviously there can be difficulties. If the person is not well informed, or in thier right mind, etc. But this is the main Idea.
So.

2.) 2 or more peoples and properties should likewise be able to do whatever they want with each others, and thier properties.
3.) When a person or property (s) {criminal} is/are effecting another person, or property (s) {victum} in a way undesired by the victum. Then,, the victum is moraly entitled to take (reasonable!) action apon the person or property of the criminal to prevent such "crime".
Only Then, can the Government be empowered to act on the behalf of the victum. By the victum.
Now 'Governments' work around and within these principles by concidering a nation, 'joint property'. And presumably 'laws'have been agreed apon by the joint property owners.
However. Unfortunately, in many circumstances, the 'owners'are not all, well informed, in thier right minds, or concerned with moral principle. I think this is the case in 'U.S.A.' today.
We must pay more attention to basic moral princible to stop victimising the innocent. And alienating our innocent youth.
There is a lot of work to accomplish this. And alot to be gained by doing so.
