To enter kiosk mode in Mosaic try Ctrl-K.
Shrink Toolbars in Netscape Communicator, or click on Fullscreen in Internet Explorer and click on Fullscreen a second time when you want to finish.
This is a typical frame from the 'Onsager box' program, which is still under development. Horizontal yellow lines represent clockwise vorticity. Vertical pale blue lines represent anti-clockwise vorticity. Onsager predicted that in time, the vortices would re-arrange themselves into big clusters, which is apparent anti-kinetic behaviour.
The picture shown above is 560x420 pixels in size, The small version of it is 214x160 pixels. The expansion factor is about 2.618, or the square of the golden ratio.
The picture was produced on an EGA screen, but you are probably looking at it with VGA. EGA is essential because it has a frame buffer which is not available in VGA if the program is written in QBasic.
