Adit

Adit is a specialist software house that was incorporated as a limited company in October 1988. Our expertise is in developing bespoke programs using Visual Basic and Access, and we have built systems for a wide range of commercial organisations. In addition we have developed software for Environmental Assessment, Wildlife Recording, and Species Identification.

This ranges from single-user packages Aditsite, Aditmap, Aditkey, to mulituser geographical information systems for organisations with responsibility for environmental impact assessment.

One of the company's directors is a very keen yachtsman, and this encouraged development of our computer aided learning package, Aditsail
