World Calendar
- The World Calendar is divised so that the calendar is perenially repeating. This is accomplised by placing a day, called World Day, between December 30th and January 1st. In a leap year an additional World Day is added between June 30th and July 1st. In the year 2000, December 31 will be on a Sunday. This is an opportunity to make December 31 a World Day and begin the new millenium 2001 on Sunday January 1.The next good opportunity will not be until the year 2006 when January 1st will be on a Sunday. These would be opportune times to institute this calandar on a world wide basis. For detailed information concerning this proposal click on the link above.

World Federalists of Canada
- The consent of the governed is the paramount principle to be observed if any semblance of peace is to prevail in this world. Democratic institutions based on the rule of law are best served by federalism. This form of government divides the powers of the sovereign entity among the various levels of federal governance. This provides a constitutional framework for the exercise of the plenary power. In this way no one person or group has access to the whole powers of the state. The people, who are the repository of authority, then select the governors to exercise only that part of the plenary power entrusted to them by the constitution. A world wide system of federalism would divide the sovereign power granting authority over specified areas to each level in the federal structure. The concept of absolute sovereignty of the nation state only promotes rivalry and authorizes the extra judicial use of force to accomplish the goals of the nation state. The concept of absolute sovereignty is anathema to any rational use of state power. World federalism would provide the necessary structure to place everyone under a constitutional rule of law.
